A New Beginning

A quick start into your new healing programme

If you were to ask me today what I’d gained from panic attacks, I’d look at you and smile. Not because I find it a funny question, but because I have come to understand myself better through my mission to search for an answer. And that’s what it’s all about, it’s about finding you, the you who you were born to be, and moving away from the person you are right now. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime. It’s better than winning the lottery, it’s better than anything monetary or material wise. It’s about finding the real you and having the inner calm and self confidence that says, ‘you know what, I can do anything’.

But where does panic come from? How come you feel so bad without seemingly doing anything? – Good questions, but firstly let me say this statement.

   ‘Whatever the negative thought, it has an equal reaction to the body’

Which makes sense. Fear makes your body sweat, it shakes, you feel as though you want to run, you feel sick. That maybe from just thinking a place is scary, or the people within. But nevertheless, it happens because deep down in your subconscious, you allow it to happen. If you went into the situation saying to yourself it holds no fear for you, you’ll go in and the feelings will not materialize.  – Panic is just this negative response that has gone on overdrive. For one reason, or another, the body has become over sensitive and every little thing makes you feel awful. And yes, that can be something simple like just coping with day to day living.

Our brains, not dissimilar to a computer’s hard drive, becomes written with negative thinking, which needs to be cleared and replaced with positive. By doing this, the body responds in a harmonic manner and panic leaves without trace. Game over for panic, new beginnings for you.

It sounds simple, and in a sense it is, but don’t become disheartened if progress is slower than you hope. It has taken a while to get to the stage you are in today, and so likewise, it can take time when returning to a place of well being.

So how did it happen? How did panic come about when you thought on the whole life was being handled okay?

That’s easy, how we as a planet live, that’s how.

Have you ever stood and wondered where we as a human race are heading as an entirety? What’s going to happen if things continue as they are, and will we all end up in one giant ball of stress wondering where life is taking us?

Because if you look at it, that’s where many of us are heading. The world has become one long rush, and our bodies are saying enough’s enough, I can’t cope with this anymore. And who can blame them. The pressure to have the right house, the car, the acceptable kind of job, is enormous. Forget who the person is, forget if they are a genuine soul; only think of them in material terms.

It becomes a battle to have the best of everything, and to do this, nearly every hour is sent working. The remainder leaves us cramming in the shopping, picking the kids up from school, and dropping them off at clubs or friends. – There is no quality time. A period just to relax and be.

   

In understanding ourselves we can understand others

It’s Hard Work Getting Out Of your Shell

But it’s possible!

 

Look outside your shell and see where you could be. And remember, all the struggling is where you gain your strength.

Say. ‘From today, I can do anything.’
